Route Review Survey Submissions
Many users experienced survey submittal issues earlier this morning. Our tech team responded quickly and determined that an ESRI/Survey123 outage was the cause. Our field app uses ESRI/Survey123 technology for data collection. The outage is resolved and therefore surveys should submit properly. While we never want our clients service disrupted, please be assured that ESRI is a global leader in technology and the system of choice for most jurisdictions. If you or your auditors are still having issues, please feel free to submit a request on the customer service form, and we will make sure to get your service back up and running as soon as possible.

Route Reviews Updates
Updated Route Review data tables are now deployed to all portals. Additionally, a password has been set for both Route Review field and desktop maps. Route Review Issues
We are aware of the page load issue on Route Review data and are working to resolve this. We anticipate it being fixed by tomorrow but will post updates here.
Reports Back On
The reports are back to running as normal. Page load time and performance should be better overall now. Thank you for your patience.
Temporary Pause on Report Updates While We Improve Performance
We are experiencing slow loads on portals as a result of our report updates. We are temporarily turning off the report updates until tomorrow while we fix the issue. If you make changes in generators, please note that these changes will not be visible in the reports until tomorrow. Thank you for your understanding.
